Need to return an item? No problem! Here’s our return policy:

14-Day Return Window

Customers have 14 days from the purchase date to return their order for a refund. However, certain conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days.
  • It must be in its original condition.
  • Follow the correct returns procedure.

After 14 Days

Items returned after 14 days won’t be refunded, but we may offer a repair or replacement at our discretion. Returns in a lesser condition may have a deduction from the refund.

Recommendation

Use Special Delivery for insured shipping; however, it’s at your own risk, and we’re not responsible for lost items.

Please be patient and wait 14 days before contacting us about your return, as processing times may vary.

Return Procedure

Make sure you follow all the steps before sending your item to process your return. Please remove SIM cards/SD cards and back up your data before returning.

Pack Your Return

Securely pack your items, including the charger and cable used with the device. Attach the label (if provided) on the outside of the parcel.

Include an Invoice Copy

Enclose a copy of your invoice or a note with your order number.

    Chasing Up Your Refund, Repair, or Replacement

    Allow 14 working days before contacting us. All returns are handled by a third-party company and can only be contacted by email at support@phoneshopsuk.org.uk.

    Warranty Returns

    Covered within the warranty period, we may replace or repair the device. Outside the warranty period, faults are not covered.

    Refund Returns

    Unwanted goods returned within 14 days in their original condition are eligible for a refund. Return costs are not reimbursed. The device’s condition upon return is essential.
